A possible solution to depression and the influence our ancestors have on our health are just some of the topics that two of Laois’ alternative therapists will explore at Ireland’s biggest well-being event, the Mind, Body, Spirit and Yoga Festival in the RDS, Dublin from March 14-16.
Allison Ritchie will be demonstrating how your health problems could be caused by your ancestors and will show how to heal your family tree.
According to the Ballinakill resident, our ancestral patterns are inherent so that inexplicable anxiety could really be down to your forefather getting evicted from his land long ago.
“Have you ever wondered why you work so hard but never have enough money, or that your inherited health issues are inevitable?” said Allison.
“I will be showing how to explore your ancestors and the influences they have on your family, and how you have to heal the past to heal the future.”
Another Laois exhibitor at the event is Avalon Magic Health who are based at Carriglea with a new quantum physics computer, which they say can determine and heal debilitating conditions such as depression.
Hungarian-born Istvan Hrepka said: “Our computer can show any distortion in the seven fields building up the human – physical, energetic, emotional, mental, relational, psychic or spiritual.
“Before any symptom would show in our physical body, the computer can show the distortions originating from the whirls of thought. No machine was capable of measuring this ever before. It is invaluable.”
More than 40 experts in the fields of positive psychology and personal development will host over 75 inspirational talks and workshops at the festival on topics as diverse as the science of loving yourself, to the latest ground breaking psychological techniques for banishing stress and anxiety.
The event is headlined by Dr David Hamilton, who fuses science with self-help to provide powerful insights into building self-esteem. .
Along with the many fascinating lectures, the festival which has been running for over 20 years, features 150 stands offering the chance to discover everything from Reiki and reflexology, to massage, meditation, bio-energy healing, angels, aromatherapy, crystals, chakra tools, Tibetan bowls, yoga therapy and more.
