Top New York personal trainer Kaman Ryan will provide a taste of Animal Flow, the latest exercise trend from the US.

Free yoga taster sessions are also being provided at this year’s festival with 20 minute to one hour classes available three times a day in a variety of disciplines including laughter yoga, soulful yoga, yin yoga and animal flow yoga.

 

With over 150 stands, visitors can explore everything from angels and aromatherapy to reiki and reflexology, with sound therapy, massage, meditation, mindfulness, bio-energy healing, crystals, chakra tools, Tibetan bowls and yoga therapy there to be discovered.
